What stood out most was how quickly enterprises are embracing open source AI for its flexibility, transparency, and security. No longer an experimental choice, open models are now core to how organizations are deploying, fine-tuning, and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The collaborative spirit of the summit was energizing. OpenAI’s 2 state-of-the-art models gpt-oss-120b and 20b and DeepSeek models showcased how open models can drive comparative innovation to the closed models from Google and Anthropic.
A highlight of the summit was the optimistic and compelling talk by Oumi CEO and founder Manos Koukoumidis. He passionately argued why the future of AI must and will be open, despite the current landscape being heavily dominated by a few well-known AI giants. His message resonated deeply with us: an open ecosystem is not only a better path forward but also a necessary one to ensure a more equitable and collaborative future for artificial intelligence.
At NetMind.AI, our mission is to help enterprises harness the transformative power of open source AI responsibly and effectively. The conversations in Amsterdam reinforced our belief that openness and adaptability are critical to building enterprise AI that lasts.
For example, we offer our Enterprise Solution: PDF ParsePro. We are able to offer the fastest, most cost-effective solution on the market that plugs in seamlessly via API and MCP.
Leaving the summit, I felt both energized and optimistic about the role NetMind.AI will continue to play in shaping this new era of open, enterprise-ready AI. Just as Amsterdam has long been a hub for trade, collaboration, and connection, it was the perfect setting to envision the next chapter of AI innovation.
